Negli ultimi tempi sono stati immessi sul mercato una tipologia di obiettivi che ha suscitato molto interesse sia nei mezzi di comunicazione di settore, sia tra gli utenti della fotografia.
Sto parlando dei vari marchi (principalmente cinesi) che offrono obiettivi fissi, molto luminosi e ad un prezzo molto competitivo.
Ho iniziato a leggere un po’ di commenti sulla rete e e mi sono sforzato di studiare qualche recensione per farmi un’idea se questi obiettivi realmente potessero rappresentare una nuova opportunità per gli amanti della fotografia.
Ma come al solito (fatta eccezione dei pochi, anzi pochissimi, articoli scritti con cognizione di causa), il desolante e improvvisato mondo dei recensori da web non ha fatto altro che generare in me un totale disinteresse verso questa tipologia di prodotto.
Disinteresse durato fino a che non è arrivata l’offerta di un obiettivo da parte di un sito con sede in Cina, che riaccendeva la mia fantasia.

Sistema GFX: breve guida alle ottiche - 1 Parte

Quando nasce un nuovo sistema fotografico ci poniamo sempre un dubbio amletico: tale sistema avrà un futuro luminoso o in breve tempo di dissolverà come lacrime nella pioggia.
Non sono rari i casi in cui molti marchi, anche blasonati, hanno introdotto un nuovo sistema “rivoluzionario” per poi abbandonarlo a se stesso con un’ottica kit e un un paio di fissi di dubbia qualità.
In realtà l’introduzione di un nuovo sistema dovrebbe rappresentare una grande occasione per gli utenti della fotografia. Fatti salvi eventuali errori di gioventù del sistema stesso un nuovo sistema vuol dire principalmente nuove ottiche. Nuovi obiettivi di moderna progettazione destinati a durare all’interno del nostro corredo fotografico per molti, moltissimi anni.

When a new photographic system is brought forth a Hamletic doubt always crosses our mind: will this system have a bright future or will it, in a short time, dissolve like ice under the sun? Cases in which many brands, even famous ones, introduce a new “revolutionary” system and simply abandon it with a kit lens and a couple of prime lenses of dubious quality, are not rare. In reality, the introduction of a new system should represent a great opportunity for photographers. We should leave aside eventual youthful indiscretions of the system, as a new system mainly means new Lenses. New and modern lenses that are destined to last within our collection of photographic equipment many, many years.

Introduzione
L’XF 100-400 è stata il primo teleobiettivo “spinto” del sistema X di Fujifilm.
Pensato principalmente per la fotografia sportiva e naturalistica si è rivelato, sin da subito, uno strumento funzionale e performante. Con il passare degli anni ha beneficiato di tutti i passi avanti che il sistema di Fujifilm ha realizzato, sia attraverso le prestazioni delle nuove macchine fotografiche immesse sul mercato, che attraverso l’implementazione continua del software che gestiscono il sistema autofocus.
In effetti il 100-400mm, da sempre, rappresenta per tutti i sistemi una sorta di Jolly per tutte quelle situazioni fotografiche in cui è fondamentale l’utilizzo di un teleobiettivo dalla ampia escursione e la luminosità non rappresenta una priorità.

Fifth-generation of the camera that marked the beginning of a new era for Fujifilm.
I will not dwell on the chronology of the releases, on features, updates, and various harangues that, model after model, have followed one another until today.
When the X100 came out the Fujifilm X system still did not exist, much less the XPhotographer. To be honest, no one believed in a prominent future for this brand in the then Nikon and Canon dominated photographic landscape.

Non mi dilungherò sulle cronologia delle uscite, su caratteristiche, aggiornamenti e menate varie che, modello dopo modello, si sono succeduti fino ad oggi.
Quando uscì la X100 non esisteva ancora il sistema X di Fujifilm, né tantomeno esistevano gli XPhotographer. A dirla tutta, non esisteva nessuno che credeva in un futuro di primo piano di questo marchio nell’allora panorama fotografico dominato da Nikon e Canon.
